Every Elegante Polo item is backed by our long tradition of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return your purchase with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. A credit should appear on your account.

Returns at the Elegante Polo Retail Store

You can make your return at our Retail Store. Please print and bring your order confirmation e-mail with you to the store to make sure you are reimbursed the original price of the product.

To ensure appropriate credit, please return by mail. Please include a copy of your confirmation e-mail or a note with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for Return

Quality Issues

If a product you purchased on ElegantePolo.com has a material or manufacturing flaw, please call Customer Service at 1-561-798-7816 to arrange a return pick up.

 

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.

If you return a gift that was purchased through the use of a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be restored to its original value, to be used at any time on ElegantePolo.com.

If you return a gift to Elegante Polo Retail Store, please bring your packing slip so you can be reimbursed the appropriate amount.
